REMINDER
If you are picking up or dropping off your student during school hours (8:00am-3:00pm) you will need to sign them in/out on the attendance sheet in the office.

SCHOOL STORE!
We have a new SCHOOL STORE open right now. Go to this link to purchase St. Mary’s clothing! The deadline for your order is August 31. Your items will be sent to the school office, and you will either be notified when your items come in for pick up or we will send them home with your student.
https://teamworks.chipply.com/stm-26/
THIS ONE ITEM, THE ¾ ZIP, WILL BE AN OPTION FOR YOUR STUDENT TO WEAR TO SCHOOL AS PART OF THEIR UNIFORM. This will be acceptable, like the crew neck sweatshirts are worn. This needs to be of appropriate fit (not too tight). Dee will have a couple of sizes in her office for people to look at. She will notify you when those arrive if you would like to see them before purchasing.

Athletic/Activity Boosters Committee
We are excited to re-engage our Athletic/Activity Boosters Committee and start planning for the year ahead. We invite all parents of students participating in sports and extracurricular activities to join us and be a part of the committee. This is a great opportunity to learn more, support our students and help shape the future of our programs.
Location: Garret & Whitney Blunier’s house

Saturday, March 13, 2027, is going to be an incredible night—and we want YOU to be part of making it happen!
Our school auction is one of our biggest and most exciting fundraisers of the year, bringing our school community together for a fun-filled night while raising important funds for our students. Behind the scenes is an amazing group of volunteers who make the magic happen—and we’re looking for more people to join us!
🎯 Help support our school and students’ 💡 Share your ideas and creativity 🤝 Meet and work with other awesome families 🎉 Be part of one of our favorite school events 🙌 Help make this year’s auction the BEST one yet!
We typically meet about once a month, either virtually or in person. There are lots of ways to help, so you can find a role that fits your time, talents, and interests.
No auction experience necessary! Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or this would be your first time getting involved, we’d love to have you. Please reach out to Morgan Reckling (309) 339-0670, if you are interested in joining.
