Test Scores Talk

For many years running our students have outscored all district schools on the Metamora High School placement test and we consistently have students graduate from high school in the top ten. We also rank well above the national average on the ITBS and Acre Exams.
We have moved to a modified grading system for art, music, and P.E. In place of the standard grading scale used for the core academic classes, those classes will be graded on the following grading scale:

S+ = above average work           S = average work           S- = below average work/unsatisfactory (this grade would also place a student on the athletic ineligibility list).  We feel that moving to this type of grading scale allows St. Mary’s to expand our enrichment opportunities for our students and our general curriculum.
